We are committed to every member in our Pack—our cherished guests, dedicated employees, and the vibrant communities we serve. That is why, as Great Wolf Lodge strides toward the future, we will continue to incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into our business operations.

Our organization undertook a significant effort with various stakeholders to define and improve the initiatives that will help us deliver on our mission of strong business performance aligned with providing sustainable and inclusive experiences that bring joy to families, strengthen their bonds, and help them make unforgettable memories. Our roadmap contains 12 initiatives, divided among the three main principles as follows:

Environmental

These four initiatives reduce our operating costs while lessening our environmental impact as we become increasingly efficient with using water, consuming energy, and producing less waste. Additionally, these efforts contribute to mitigating climate risk that could impact our facilities and the communities in which we operate.
